How to Play

Basic Play: Select four numbers from 0 to 9, one for each position. Each Daily 4 playslip contains five panels. Choose your play type (Straight, Box varieties, Straight/Box, or Combo) and wager amount ($0.50 or $1.00).

Play Types Explained:

STRAIGHT (Exact Order): Your four numbers must match the winning numbers in exact order as drawn.

• $1.00 wager pays $5,000
• $0.50 wager pays $2,500
• Odds: 1 in 10,000

BOX (Any Order - Four Variations): Match the winning numbers in ANY order. The prize amount and odds depend on how many of your numbers are the same:

• 24-Way Box: All four numbers are different (e.g., 1-2-3-4, 5-6-7-8). Provides 24 possible winning combinations.

  • $1.00 wager pays $200
  • $0.50 wager pays $100
  • Odds: 1 in 417
  • Best odds of winning

• 12-Way Box: One pair of identical numbers, two different (e.g., 1-1-2-3, 5-5-6-7). Provides 12 possible winning combinations.

  • $1.00 wager pays $400
  • $0.50 wager pays $200
  • Odds: 1 in 833

• 6-Way Box: Two pairs of identical numbers (e.g., 1-1-2-2, 5-5-6-6). Provides 6 possible winning combinations.

  • $1.00 wager pays $800
  • $0.50 wager pays $400
  • Odds: 1 in 1,667

• 4-Way Box: Three identical numbers, one different (e.g., 1-1-1-2, 5-5-5-6). Provides 4 possible winning combinations.

  • $1.00 wager pays $1,200
  • $0.50 wager pays $600
  • Odds: 1 in 2,500

STRAIGHT/BOX Combination: Splits your $1.00 wager into two $0.50 bets - one Straight and one Box. Win both if numbers match in exact order, or just the Box prize if they match in any order but not exact. Only available for $1.00 total wager.

Prizes vary based on box type:

• 24-Way Straight/Box: Straight match = $2,700 total, Box only = $100
• 12-Way Straight/Box: Straight match = $2,700 total, Box only = $200
• 6-Way Straight/Box: Exact prizes vary
• 4-Way Straight/Box: Exact prizes vary

COMBO Play: Covers ALL possible Straight combinations of your selected numbers. Only available at lottery vending machines and the mobile app. Cost equals $1 (or $0.50) multiplied by the number of combinations. Example: A 24-Way Combo costs $24 for $1 wagers because it covers all 24 straight combinations.

Number Selection Methods:

• Manual: Mark four numbers on the playslip
• Quick Pick: Let the computer randomly select - mark QP box

Advance Play: Play the same numbers for up to 7 consecutive draws. Mark the desired number of draws on your playslip or request from the retailer.

Ticket Cost Examples:

• Straight, $1.00 wager: $1.00
• 24-Way Box, $0.50 wager: $0.50
• Straight/Box, $1.00 (required): $1.00
• 24-Way Combo, $1.00 per combo: $24.00
• 7 consecutive draws, $1.00 each: $7.00

Overall Odds: Vary significantly by play type, from 1 in 10,000 (Straight) to 1 in 417 (24-Way Box).

Important Rules:
