How to Play

Basic Play: Select three numbers from 0 to 9, one for each position. Each Daily 3 playslip contains five panels. Choose your play type (Straight, Box, or Straight/Box) and wager amount ($0.50 or $1.00).

Play Types Explained:

STRAIGHT: Your three numbers must match the winning numbers in exact order as drawn. This is the hardest to win but pays the highest prize. Example: If you pick 1-2-3 and the winning numbers are drawn 1-2-3, you win. If drawn 3-2-1, you do not win.

• $1.00 wager pays $500
• $0.50 wager pays $250
• Odds: 1 in 1,000

BOX (Two Variations): Match the winning numbers in ANY order.

• 3-Way Box: Used when you select one pair of identical numbers and one different number (e.g., 1-1-2, 5-5-9, 7-3-3). This gives you three possible winning combinations.

  • $1.00 wager pays approximately $160
  • $0.50 wager pays approximately $80
  • Odds: 1 in 333

• 6-Way Box: Used when you select three different numbers (e.g., 1-2-3, 4-5-6). This gives you six possible winning combinations.

  • $1.00 wager pays $80
  • $0.50 wager pays $40
  • Odds: 1 in 167

STRAIGHT/BOX Combination: This play type splits your $1.00 wager into two $0.50 bets - one Straight and one Box. You win the Straight prize if your numbers match in exact order, or the Box prize if they match in any order (but not exact order). Only available for $1.00 total wager.

• 6-Way Straight/Box:

  • If Straight match: $290 ($250 Straight + $40 Box)
  • If Box match only: $40

• 3-Way Straight/Box:

  • If Straight match: $330 ($250 Straight + $80 Box)
  • If Box match only: $80

Number Selection Methods:

• Manual: Mark your three numbers on the playslip, one per box
• Quick Pick: Let the computer randomly select your numbers - mark the QP box on your playslip

Advance Play: Play your numbers for multiple consecutive draws. You can purchase up to 7 consecutive days in advance. Mark the number of draws on your playslip or request from the retailer.

Ticket Cost Examples:

• Straight, $0.50 wager: $0.50
• Box, $1.00 wager: $1.00
• Straight/Box combination: $1.00
• 7 consecutive draws at $1.00 each: $7.00

Overall Odds: Vary by play type:

• Straight: 1 in 1,000
• 3-Way Box: 1 in 333
• 6-Way Box: 1 in 167
• Straight/Box: Combined odds based on play type

Important Rules:

• Players must be 18 years or older
• Tickets cannot be cancelled once printed
• All sales are final
• Prizes must be claimed within 180 days of the draw date
• Sales close approximately 10 minutes before draw time
• Sign your ticket for security
