How to Play

2by2 is played by selecting 2 numbers from the red pool (1-26) and 2 numbers from the white pool (1-26). Match all four numbers to win the $22,000 top prize, or match fewer numbers to win smaller prizes.

Number Selection:

• Red Numbers: Select 2 different numbers from 1 to 26 in the red section of your play slip
• White Numbers: Select 2 different numbers from 1 to 26 in the white section of your play slip
• Each play costs $1 and consists of 2 red + 2 white numbers

Quick Pick: Tell the retailer you want a "2by2 Quick Pick" and the lottery terminal will randomly select all 4 numbers (2 red and 2 white) for you.

Multi-Draw: Purchase the same numbers for up to 28 consecutive drawings (4 weeks) by using the multi-draw box on your play slip. Multi-draw tickets can be purchased for up to 12 weeks total, allowing you to play your lucky numbers for months without returning to the retailer.

Multiple Plays: Each play slip allows for up to 5 different plays, so you can try multiple number combinations on a single ticket.

Prize Structure: 2by2 offers prizes for matching numbers in any combination of red and white balls. The order of numbers doesn't matter - only the color and quantity of matches. Here are all prize tiers:

• Match 2 red + 2 white: $22,000
• Match 2 red + 1 white OR 1 red + 2 white: $100
• Match 2 red only, 2 white only, OR 1 red + 1 white: $3
• Match 1 red only OR 1 white only: Free Quick Pick ticket

Overall Odds: The overall odds of winning any prize are 1 in 3.59, making 2by2 one of the best-odds lottery games in Nebraska.

Tuesday Double Prize Feature: This is a special feature that DOUBLES all prizes won on Tuesday drawings for qualifying multi-draw tickets. To qualify:

1. Purchase a multi-draw ticket for 7 consecutive drawings (one full week) or multiples of 7 draws (14, 21, or 28 days)
2. The ticket must include one or more plays for each day
3. When your ticket wins on a Tuesday, all prizes are doubled

When you qualify for Tuesday Double Prize:

• $22,000 top prize becomes $44,000 on Tuesdays
• $100 prize becomes $200
• $3 prize becomes $6
• Free tickets remain free tickets (can't be doubled)

The maximum prize liability on Tuesdays doubles from $220,000 to $440,000, allowing for up to 10 top prize winners on regular nights and the same on Tuesday Double Prize nights.

Top Prize Liability: The maximum total prize liability per drawing is $220,000 for the top prize, which allows for up to 10 winners of the $22,000 top prize. On Tuesdays with the Double Prize feature, the liability increases to $440,000.

Prize Payments: All 2by2 prizes are paid as a single cash payment. Prizes up to $599 can be claimed at any Nebraska Lottery retailer. Prizes of $600 or more must be claimed at Nebraska Lottery headquarters or by mail.

Claiming Deadline: All prizes must be claimed within 180 days of the drawing date.
