How to Play

To play Daily 4, choose four numbers from 0 to 9 (you may select the same number multiple times). The cost is $1 per play. Select one of the play types described below. You can play your numbers for up to 60 consecutive drawings by selecting Multi-Draw/Advance Play.

Play Types:

1. Straight: Your four numbers must match the winning numbers in the exact order drawn to win. Prize: $5,000 for a $1.00 wager. Odds: 1 in 10,000.

2. Box: Your four numbers must match the winning numbers in any order. Box bets come in four varieties depending on how many unique digits you have:

   • 4-Way Box: Three digits are the same (e.g., 1112). Four possible winning combinations. Prize: approximately $1,250 for $1.00 wager.
   • 6-Way Box: Two pairs of digits (e.g., 1122). Six possible winning combinations. Prize: approximately $833 for $1.00 wager.
   • 12-Way Box: Two digits are the same, two are different (e.g., 1123). Twelve possible winning combinations. Prize: approximately $417 for $1.00 wager.
   • 24-Way Box: All four digits are different (e.g., 1234). Twenty-four possible winning combinations. Prize: approximately $208 for $1.00 wager.

3. Straight/Box: Combines both Straight and Box bets. Your $1 wager is split in half: $0.50 goes to a Straight bet, $0.50 goes to a Box bet. If your numbers match in exact order, you win both Straight and Box prizes. If they match in any order (but not exact), you win only the Box prize.

4. Wheel: Places a Straight bet on every possible combination of your four numbers. The cost depends on the number of combinations:

   • 4-Way Wheel: $4 (places $1 Straight bets on 4 combinations)
   • 6-Way Wheel: $6 (places $1 Straight bets on 6 combinations)
   • 12-Way Wheel: $12 (places $1 Straight bets on 12 combinations)
   • 24-Way Wheel: $24 (places $1 Straight bets on 24 combinations)
   • If any combination wins, you receive the Straight prize of $5,000 for that combination.

5. 1-Off: You win if your numbers match the winning numbers in exact order OR if one or more of your numbers is one digit higher or one digit lower than the numbers drawn. This play type offers more ways to win but with lower prizes. Prizes range from $42 to $2,500 for a $1.00 wager depending on how many digits match exactly vs. are "1-off."

6. 2-Way Bets: Combines a Straight bet with a Box bet. Available for 4-Way Box, 6-Way Box, 12-Way Box, and 24-Way Box combinations. Your $1.00 stake is split: $0.50 on Straight and $0.50 on Box.

Draw Selection: Choose Midday (MID), Evening (EVE), or Both when purchasing your ticket.

Easy Pick: Use Easy Pick to have the lottery terminal randomly select your numbers.

Top Prize: The maximum prize you can win is $5,000 for a $1 Straight bet.

Lowest Prize: The lowest prize is $104, possible with a 2-Way: 24-Way Box play type.
