How to Play

To play Daily 3, pick three numbers from 0 to 9 (each digit can be selected multiple times). Choose whether to wager $0.50 or $1.00. Select one of the play types described below. You can play the same numbers for up to 60 consecutive drawings by choosing Multi-Draw.

Play Types:

1. Straight: Your three numbers must match the winning numbers in the exact order drawn. Prizes: $250 for $0.50 wager, $500 for $1.00 wager. This offers the highest payout but requires an exact match.

2. Box: Your three numbers must match the winning numbers in any order. Box bets come in two varieties:

   • 3-Way Box: When two of your three numbers are the same (e.g., 112, 223). There are three possible winning combinations. Prizes: $83 for $0.50 wager, $166 for $1.00 wager.
   • 6-Way Box: When all three numbers are different (e.g., 123, 456). There are six possible winning combinations. Prizes: $41 for $0.50 wager, $82 for $1.00 wager.

3. Straight/Box: Combines both Straight and Box bets. Your wager is split: half goes to Straight, half to Box. If your numbers match in exact order, you win both Straight and Box prizes. If they match in any order (but not exact), you win only the Box prize.

   • Straight/3-Way Box: Straight win: $291 (for $1.00 bet), Box win: $83 (for $1.00 bet)
   • Straight/6-Way Box: Straight win: $291 (for $1.00 bet), Box win: $41 (for $1.00 bet)

4. Wheel: A Wheel bet places a Straight bet on every possible combination of your three numbers. The cost depends on how many unique numbers you select:

   • 3-Way Wheel: Two numbers are the same. Cost: $3 for $1 per combination (3 combinations)
   • 6-Way Wheel: All three numbers are different. Cost: $6 for $1 per combination (6 combinations)
   • If you win, you receive the Straight prize of $500 for a $1.00 wager per combination.

5. 1-Off: Your numbers can match the winning numbers in exact order OR if one or more of your numbers is one number higher or one number lower than the numbers drawn (e.g., if you pick 123 and 234 is drawn, you win because each of your digits is "1-off"). Prizes: $18-$142 for $0.50 wager, $36-$284 for $1.00 wager depending on how many digits are exact matches vs. 1-off.

6. 2-Way: Combines a Straight bet and a Box bet for numbers with two digits the same. Your $1 stake is split in half: $0.50 on Straight and $0.50 on Box. There is no $0.50 bet option for 2-Way.

Draw Selection: Choose whether to play your numbers in the Midday drawing, Evening drawing, or both.

Easy Pick: Select the Easy Pick option to have the lottery terminal randomly choose your numbers.

Overall Game Odds: The overall odds of winning any prize vary by play type, with Straight having odds of 1 in 1,000, 6-Way Box having odds of 1 in 167, and 3-Way Box having odds of 1 in 333.
