How to Play
HOW TO PLAY EXTREME CROSSWORD: 1. Scratch entire YOUR LETTERS area to reveal 20 YOUR LETTERS. 2. For each letter revealed in the YOUR LETTERS area, scratch that same letter each time it is found in the PUZZLE 1, 2 & 3 grids and the BONUS WORD. 3. In each PUZZLE, if you reveal 3 or more complete WORDS, win prize shown in the PRIZE LEGEND for that same PUZZLE. NOTE: EACH PUZZLE PLAYS SEPARATELY. Completed words on PUZZL 1 cannot be combined with completed words on PUZZLE 2 or PUZZLE 3 to win a higher prize. Example: 4 words on PUZZLE 1 WINS $20; 5 words on PUZZLE 2 wins $30; for a total win of $50. 4. The entire word must be uncovered to win corresponding prize. Only highest corresponding prize can be won. In each CROSSWORD PUZZLE, every lettered square within an unbroken horizontal or vertical sequence must be matched with a YOUR LETTER to be considered a complete "word". Words within words are not eligible for a prize. 5. If you reveal a complete BONUS WORD, win PRIZE shown for that same BONUS WORD. 6. Each PUZZLE and each BONUS WORD is played separately. Only the highest prize won paid per PUZZLE. NOTE: A BONUS WORD cannot be combined with PUZZLE 1, PUZZLE 2 or PUZZLE 3 words to win a higher prize. RULES FOR EXTREME CROSSWORD: A. A "word" must contain at least three (3) letters. B. A "word" cannot be formed diagonally, from right to left or from bottom to top. C. "Words" must appear in an unbroken horizontal or vertical string of letters in either of the CROSSWORD puzzles. An unbroken string of letters: (a) cannot be interrupted by a black space and (b) each word must contain every single letter square between two black spaces. D. Every single letter in the unbroken string must: (a) be revealed in YOUR LETTERS and (b) be included to form a "word".
