- 12-Way Box: $400, odds 1 in 833.3 (one pair of identical digits)
- 24-Way Box: $200, odds 1 in 416.7 (four unique digits)
Combo Plays: Covers all possible digit combinations, guaranteeing $5,000 prize for exact match:

- 6-Way Combo: Costs $6 (six straight bets)
- 12-Way Combo: Costs $12 (twelve straight bets)

FIREBALL Add-On: Doubles your play cost and allows you to replace any of the Lottery-drawn numbers with the FIREBALL number to create new winning combinations. All FIREBALL wins are separate from and in addition to regular Pick 4 wins.
