How to Play

1. Get a Playslip: Obtain a Lotto Texas playslip from any authorized Texas Lottery retailer or use the official Texas Lottery App.
2. Select Your Numbers: Choose six numbers from 1 through 54 on the playslip. Each playslip contains multiple boards (panels), allowing you to play several sets of numbers on one ticket.
3. Or Use Quick Pick: Mark the "QP" (Quick Pick) box on your playslip and the lottery terminal will randomly generate all six numbers for you. You can also simply ask the retailer for a Quick Pick without filling out a playslip.
4. Add Extra! (Optional): Mark the Extra! box on your playslip to activate the add-on feature for an additional $1 per play. Extra! increases all non-jackpot prize amounts.
5. Choose Multi-Draw (Optional): Mark the Multi-Draw box to play the same numbers for up to 15 consecutive drawings.
6. Pay and Receive Your Ticket: Hand your completed playslip to the retailer and pay the total amount. Your printed ticket is your receipt and proof of purchase.
7. Watch the Drawing: Drawings are held Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday at 10:12 PM CT. Results are available via the Texas Lottery website, mobile app, Check-a-Ticket machines at retailers, phone (800-375-6886), live drawing webcasts, newspapers, and at retailer locations.
8. Check Your Numbers and Claim Prizes: Compare your numbers to the official drawing results. Prizes must be claimed within 180 days of the drawing date.

Jackpot Information:

• Starting Jackpot: $5 million (annuitized value)
• Jackpot Growth: The jackpot rolls over and increases with each drawing that does not produce a jackpot winner
• Payment Options:
  • 30 Annual Payments: The jackpot is distributed over 30 annual installments
  • Cash Value Option (CVP): A single lump-sum payment equal to the present cash value of the jackpot at the time of the drawing
• Important: Players must select their payment preference on the playslip at the time of purchase. The payment option cannot be changed after the ticket is purchased.

Extra! Add-On Feature: The Extra! feature is available for $1 more per play and provides the following enhancements to non-jackpot prizes:

• Does NOT apply to the jackpot (6 of 6 match)
• Adds $10,000 to the 5-of-6 prize tier
• Adds $100 to the 4-of-6 prize tier
• Adds $10 to the 3-of-6 prize tier
• Creates a new 2-of-6 prize tier worth a guaranteed $2

The Extra! feature dramatically improves the overall odds of winning any prize from 1 in 71.1 (base game) to 1 in 7.9 (with Extra!).

Multi-Draw Option: Players can mark the Multi-Draw box to play the same set of numbers for up to 15 consecutive drawings. This is convenient for players who want to use the same numbers across multiple draws without purchasing a new ticket each time.

Special Rules:

• All prizes except the 3-of-6 ($3) and 2-of-6 ($2 with Extra!) are pari-mutuel, meaning the actual prize amount may vary based on the number of winners and ticket sales for that drawing.
• In the event of any discrepancy between the numbers shown on any media and the official drawing results, the official drawing results shall prevail.
• Tickets are bearer instruments until signed. Players should sign the back of their tickets immediately after purchase.
