How to Play

Select six numbers from 1 to 59, or use Quick Pick to have the lottery computer randomly select your numbers for you. Each $1 wager gives you two plays (two sets of six numbers). A seventh "Bonus Ball" is also drawn from the same pool of 1-59, which can increase your prize if you match five main numbers plus the bonus ball. Match your selected numbers to the numbers drawn to win prizes. Prize tiers are as follows:

• Match 6 of 6: Win the Jackpot, which starts at $2,000,000 and grows with each rollover until won (pari-mutuel). Odds: 1 in 22,528,737 (per play).
• Match 5 of 6 + Bonus Ball: Win the second-tier prize, typically starting around $10,000 or more (pari-mutuel). Odds: 1 in 3,754,790 (per play).
• Match 5 of 6: Win a prize typically ranging from hundreds to thousands of dollars (pari-mutuel). Odds: 1 in 72,594 (per play).
• Match 4 of 6: Win a prize typically ranging from $30-$60 (pari-mutuel). Odds: 1 in 1,359 (per play).
• Match 3 of 6: Win a fixed $1 prize. Odds: 1 in 89 (per play).

Quick Pick: Available for random number selection. The Quick Pick option will randomly select all six numbers for each play.

Overall Odds: All New York Lotto prizes are pari-mutuel, meaning prize amounts vary based on ticket sales and the number of winners. Overall odds of winning any prize are approximately 1 in 46.02 (per play). Since each $1 ticket includes two plays, your overall odds per $1 ticket are better.
