Pick four numbers, each from 0 to 9, or opt for random numbers by selecting the Quick Pick option (mark QP on play slip). Each play costs $1. Choose from the following play types:
- Straight (STR): Match all four numbers in the exact order drawn to win $5,000 for a $1 wager. Odds: 1 in 10,000.
- Box (4-Way): Match all four numbers in any order when three digits are the same (e.g., 1112, 7777 is not boxed). Win $1,200 for a $1 wager. Odds: 1 in 2,500.
- Box (6-Way): Match all four numbers in any order when two pairs of digits are the same (e.g., 1122, 5566). Win $800 for a $1 wager. Odds: 1 in 1,667.
- Box (12-Way): Match all four numbers in any order when one pair of digits is the same (e.g., 1123, 4567 with one pair). Win $400 for a $1 wager. Odds: 1 in 833.
- Box (24-Way): Match all four numbers in any order when all four digits are different (e.g., 1234, 5678). Win $200 for a $1 wager. Odds: 1 in 417.
- Straight/Box (STR/BOX): Win when you match the numbers drawn in exact order AND/OR any order. Win both the Straight prize ($2,900) and Box prize if numbers match in exact order, or win just the Box prize if they match in any order. The $1 wager is split between both play types (50 cents each).
- Combo: Match your numbers in any order to win the full Straight prize amount. The lottery automatically creates tickets for all possible Straight combinations of your numbers. Cost varies: $4 for 4-way, $6 for 6-way, $12 for 12-way, $24 for 24-way. Guarantees the maximum $5,000 prize if your numbers are drawn.
- Front Pair: Match the first two numbers in exact order. Win $50. Odds: 1 in 100. Can be played standalone or added to another play type for an additional $1.
- Middle Pair: Match the middle two numbers in exact order. Win $50. Odds: 1 in 100. Can be played standalone or added to another play type for an additional $1.
- Back Pair: Match the last two numbers in exact order. Win $50. Odds: 1 in 100. Can be played standalone or added to another play type for an additional $1.
Overall Odds: The top prize is $5,000, which you can win in a Straight or Combo play. The smallest prize you can win is $50, which you can get by playing Front Pair, Middle Pair, or Back Pair as a standalone play type. Overall odds vary by play type.

Drawings are held twice daily, seven days a week. Day Drawing at approximately 1:00 PM Mountain Time (MT), Evening Drawing at approximately 9:30 PM MT. Tickets can be purchased until 1:00 PM MT for the Day Drawing and until 9:30 PM MT for the Evening Drawing.
