How to Play

Number Selection: 2by2 requires you to choose a total of four numbers from two separate groups:

• Red Numbers: Choose 2 numbers from 1 to 26 in the Red play area
• White Numbers: Choose 2 numbers from 1 to 26 in the White play area

Numbers in the red and white sets are independent, so you can select the same number in both colors (for example, red 5 and white 5 is allowed).

Play Slip Instructions: Each 2by2 play slip contains five boards. Use a heavy vertical mark with blue or black ink or pencil to mark your selections. Red ink is strictly prohibited and will invalidate your ticket. Do not use erasers as marks may not register properly. On each board, mark exactly two numbers in the Red play area (typically on the left) and exactly two numbers in the White play area (typically on the right).

Ticket Pricing: Each board costs $1. Since each play slip has five boards available, you can play up to five different number combinations for $5 on a single play slip.

Multi-Draw Options: You can purchase the same boards for multiple consecutive draws - up to 28 consecutive daily drawings on a single ticket. Available multi-draw options include 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 14, 21, or 28 consecutive draws. This feature is especially valuable for the 2by2 Tuesday promotion, which requires a 7-day ticket.

Quick Pick (QP): Request a Quick Pick ticket from your retailer, or mark QP on the play slip. The lottery computer will randomly select two red numbers and two white numbers for each board automatically. Quick Pick is ideal for players who want random selections without manually choosing numbers.

Winning Combinations: 2by2 offers eight different ways to win prizes:

1. Match 2 Red + 2 White = $22,000 (or $44,000 on Tuesday with 7-day ticket)
2. Match 1 Red + 2 White = $100 (or $200 on Tuesday)
3. Match 2 Red + 1 White = $100 (or $200 on Tuesday)
4. Match 1 Red + 1 White = $3 (or $6 on Tuesday)
5. Match 0 Red + 2 White = $3 (or $6 on Tuesday)
6. Match 2 Red + 0 White = $3 (or $6 on Tuesday)
7. Other matching combinations = Free ticket(s)

The order of numbers does not matter - only the count of matching red and white numbers.

2by2 Tuesday Special Feature: This exciting promotion doubles ALL prizes on Tuesday drawings for players who purchase 7-day tickets or multiples of 7-day tickets (14, 21, or 28 consecutive days). To qualify:

• Purchase a ticket for 7, 14, 21, or 28 consecutive drawings
• If your ticket includes a Tuesday drawing and wins on Tuesday, your prize is doubled
• The top prize becomes $44,000 instead of $22,000
• All other prize tiers also double on Tuesday

Lump Sum Payment: All 2by2 prizes are paid as single lump sum cash payments. There is no annuity option.

Overall Odds: The overall odds of winning any prize (including free tickets) are 1 in 3.59, which are excellent odds compared to most lottery games.

Prize Claim Period: Winners have 365 days from the drawing date to claim their prizes.
